Could you help me?
Some time ago I bought an Acer Aspire ES1-572 notebook. Now I want to reset it to the manufacturer state.
But the "F-key technique" does not succeed.
Although I come to the point of "System Reset" PC, but the first option only arbitrary apps and some of my installed programs are deleted. The meaning of this option has not opened to me…
The second option I have not used until now, because I'm a little "afraid" of the result…
This wants to delete everything on all drives. Maybe this hides the effect I want. To be on the safe side, to prevent bad surprises, I ask now with you if you have experiences and can help me.
The operating system is Windows 10 home.
If the Windows 10 DVD is still available, you could play it all nice again. If you put emphasis on the preinstalled programs, you should also look if you ever need it, and if you can't cope with an office package like Libre-Office. Completely emptying your hard drive and reinstalling Windows is always the best option for me because it also eliminates useless file cores.
