How do I get the SkyGo on a site without Internet?

Problem:

→ We want football on a garden plot (Champions League Final)
On the property we will receive electricity with a generator.

There's also a SkyGo access via notebook and a TV.
(but no internet on the PC)

Which options exist?

What experiences do you have?

Surf Stick?
How much data volume?

If you have LTE there, you can use your phone as a hotspot, otherwise just use an LTE router, e.g. The Gigacube from Vodafone.
