ThinkPad X250 CPU overheats?

I recently replaced My TP X250 mainboard and noticed that henceforth the CPU gets extremely overheated even in the smallest applications. When I start Windows I get loose around 90 ° C and the YoutubeVideo also look around the 88 ° C.

Now I found the setting Intel SpeedStep by chance in the bios, if I activated these with everything on Balanced then I get the following with the Cinebenchmark:

Cinebench with SpeedStep enabled: 92 ° C; Ranking: 236 cb; Fanspeed: 7400 RPM

Cinebench with SpeedStep disabled: 79 ° C; Ranking: 216 cb; Fanspeed: 4500 RPM

The thermal grease is new and applied correctly. I do not know what else I could do there. Do you have an idea?

Ab

That sounds like the cooler is not resting properly on the CPU.

Ro

've put the cooler right and screwed properly and even tightened the screws in the correct order

Re

How much thermal grease did you take?

Before the motherboard change, the cpu has not become so hot by far

A small oblong sausage. Cpu is pretty small and also elongated

Re

Did she overflow?

Re

The u CPUs are notebook CPUs that are mostly soldered to the motherboard

Ro

I'm aware

Ro

No

Re

Ok, there's a small gap between CPU and cooler on the side

Re

That is probably then the hardware is broken I've looked at the cpu and you have to buy everything new not only the MB and the CPU is new.

Ro

Yes, the CPU and the motherboard are firmly connected (soldered on).

Ro

No was screwed tight

Re

Then the hardware is probably broken I would complain if the cooler is running properly and the voltages are all right.

Ro

I have an average of 95 ° C and max. 99 ° C Core Temperature
