For the question I have to go back a little bit to make it as understandable as possible:
I recently bought a new keyboard for my laptop that can be connected via USB, since the actual keyboard has not worked properly for some time.
The new one was also ready to use immediately, but to avoid errors due to the old keyboard (e.g. That any keys are pressed continuously or the like) I wanted to lock them, so I deactivated them using the device manager. After that didn't work, I wanted to uninstall it.
The result after restarting the laptop was that both keyboards stopped working and I was shown error code 32 on both. I then followed the instructions on the internet to uninstall the keyboard and search for it again, but when I reinstalled the error message was still present. In the meantime I have repeated the process several times with both keyboards and restarted the laptop several times, all without result. Can I do anything else?
Is it just about the external keyboards?
This is a driver problem - try to reinstall the original driver
