We need it to play anno or zoo tycoon. But don't look through this whole 12234 core and ghz graphic.
Since a new one becomes quite expensive, we want a used one. Do you have experiences?
Better not buy anything used.
Always had problems, after a while most of them shut down due to overheating. You can't test that on the spot, because some came after an hour only.
Prefer to pay more and have a guarantee.

I myself am playing Anno 2070 on an AMD notebook with A6-6310 APU, this is indeed for Anno in HD-Ready resolution in low settings but is thus fully utilized.
Therefore, I suspect that you need a notebook with a separate graphics card, which may be a problem with used equipment, since you have these notebooks i.d.R. Only from private it is now difficult to specifically recommend a used notebook.
In general, I recommend to play anyway no notebooks, because these can't be upgraded later, when the performance is no longer sufficient.

For a game like Anno 1800 you should mention a system with a current Intel I3 or AMD Ryzen 5 CPU plus an NVIDIA GTX 1650 or AMD RX 570 (at high settings in Full HD resolution).
