NFS heat photo mode download images?

I wanted to know if it is possible to download the images from the Photo Mode Gallery on Need for Speed Heat.
Because when I take a screenshot in full screen mode, the arrows can be seen on the left and right, which I find annoying.
I play NFS Heat on the PS4 Pro and would like to have the pictures on my laptop.
