Why are not laptop.s sold by german manufacturers?

Why are laptops from German manufacturers such as Fujitsu siemens on the media market, saturn verkaft? There are quality devices and thus it would be synonymous because the economy underpinned made in Germany but I understand it nice why it is not sold in the market
