Computer no longer starts after network reset. What to do?

I have the following problem: My LAN connection suddenly stopped working on my computer overnight. The WLAN connection continued to work on the computer without any problems. The LAN connection worked without problems on the laptop, so the problem was probably with the computer. Under Network Settings I selected the Reset Network option and had the computer restarted. When restarting, the computer hung up directly. Only the text Hyrican appears on the screen and nothing happens after that (the first time I waited half an hour). The font appears first. I tried to start in safe mode, but unfortunately it didn't work either.

I only installed a new hard drive two weeks ago and I'm already annoyed by the next problem. Does anyone have any idea what will help now?

Is there a BIOS beep sequence when you turn on your, probably, Hyrican laptop?
If so, you can use your laptop's manual to find out, or at least narrow down, what that sound sequence means.

Ja

Unfortunately I don't hear a beep sequence. My computer starts as usual, only that the picture just hangs. Unfortunately I no longer have a manual and there's no laptop.
