5.1 surround sound card via USB?

I need a 5.1 sound card for my laptop.
The price should be a maximum of 100-120 euro.
Have found only a few, but all cost very little, and therefore make my Eindruch that this is cheap products.

Alternatively, it would be possible - since I want to buy a new 5.1 system -
to buy a sound system for 5.1. Accordingly, it would have to bring the ability to connect via HDMI or similar interface with a laptop.

Since I disagree, since my previous 5.1 system is running well, but nunmal not the highest quality speakers (or rather cheap speaker ausm supermarket), the second I think would be better, as long as I use it from my laptop without further hardware such as En / De-coder can run.
