Disable refrigerators in the basement, because of electricity costs?

I read electricity today. It runs out to 2300-2500 kWh. Deadline is the 31.12.

I only have normal equipment. Vacuum 1-2 times a week, dishwasher as needed, 2-4x a week. TV, laptop, clear internet router. Mini fridge in the kitchen.

That's why I have 2 small cheap freezers and another mini fridge in the basement.

Washing machine 3 times a week, I actually do not use dryers - too expensive.

Stove is a good Neff stove.

Light everywhere LED.

Hot water comes from the block and the heater from the block does not run on my electricity meter…

Now I have already reduced the use of the dryer to zero and I still have such high electricity costs.

I need to save money. I do not earn too much.

Do you think it's because of the refrigerators? Is it worthwhile to go shopping more often?

The four could consume a lot of electricity. Assuming 2-3 kWh a day for all times 365 = 700-1000 kWh a year. A good big combo in the kitchen needs a kWh a day.

I agree with that.

But you are now "consumption expert" of, measure your "basement equipment" but sometimes with an energy meter. Can you borrow, or for quite small money e.g. Buy here https://www.pearl.de/a-SD2209-3102.shtml?vid=917&wa_id=40&wa_num=1103

lo

The mini-refrigerators do… The smaller the beasts are, the more ineffective they work…

one of them probably consumes as much as a normal, full-blown refrigerator, if not more.

Forget the power guzzling mini-fridges and buy a decent fridge freezer of energy class A + (the more "+" the better). Electricity guzzlers include electric water heaters and water heaters, electric radiators and dryers.
