Airbnb., About renting an apartment as a permanent tenant?

We were quit because of our own needs, now I have given up on Ebay Classifieds two ads to find a home. I was contacted by a Spaniard whose grandfather passed away 2 years ago, who probably lived here. The lady lives in Madrid and has 2 children, but they have no interest in moving to Germany, she has probably invested quite a few in the apartment and now looking for a tenant on whom she can rely on, and who is clean, because we yes also have a dog and a Freigängerkater.

I immediately answered her and asked her to give me a viewing appointment with the address of the apartment. On inquiry who paid the refuse and fresh water, she wrote, only the electricity we would have to pay. She just said that the apartment would be perfect for us, and we should tell her our data, then she would probably do the thing about AIRbnb perfect or unwrapping want - so I understood the text -

Of course, I checked out what this AIR bnb is and found out that it is the rental of private apartments for tourists. That made me sit up, because I can't do anything with it.

What makes me startled, she never responds to specific questions, just the house number, whether a Terraase is present, obs is a house or a flat (she writes of the times of that), in which floor is then because she spoke of 3 rooms (which we're looking for) 2 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet and balcony and air conditioning, which can also be seen in the pictures.

Can you get involved in something like that? Provided the location and scope would suit us? She also wrote that she does not have time in the next 3 days, but could have come and go after that. Since all alarm systems go to me. I doubt that such a flat is their property and rather think, someone wants to rip off money.

Have you ever tried to get more information about Airnb? That might be another possibility.

Otherwise, I would stay away - a reputable landlord reacts differently.

I do not know anything at all, she just talks about how the cut is cut and has sent pictures of how she looks from the inside and how she is furnished. No we have and I will certainly not make any advance payments. It would of course be tempting for such a good fortune to pay only 450 euro plus electricity. Heating and additional costs would probably take over, although there was no talk. But somebody has to pay for it - but are all just ignorant assumptions.
