How much does a laptop RAM expansion cost?

How much would it cost to put 8GB into a laptop, so what does the RAM and the work of the person who installs it cost?

It depends on the laptop with MAC books it is sometimes extremely expensive with business devices or workstations it takes a few minutes because there's a separate flap. There are companies like Arlt or the IPC Group that do this at fixed prices
