Notebook for max 200 euro?

I would need a mobile notebook / convertible / tablet PC for my work…

Something in this direction just, it should have enough power to load light workloads clever etc, if possible, have a ssd (but I can also retrofit), and maybe even have touch. The size also plays an important role, I would like something as small as possible. For a luminous keyboard, I also like to pay 50 euro, not more.

Does anyone know something for me? Of course it should be needed, except somewhere Is there something that suits my needs and is new.

Does anyone have something similar in use that goes away for the money?
