RAM: 8 GB (6.90 GB usable)
Processor: AMD A6 (2.60 GHz) (there are two of them under Device Manager)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon (TM) R4 Graphics

Well i had it on my laptop at the time it was mega and had it on lower setting
and that is now a year ago and I have already reset my pc 2 to 3 times and now i wanted to ask before installing but i try it first thanks for the great help

I suspect the graphics and the CPU is not designed for it.
Just try it out.
Jo I will do it now but well probably get the days a new pc after about a year and 2 months because this was a flop
The thing is junk.
It will run but not really playable.
You have a trolly, bad DualCore processor, accompanied by an even worse GPU (which is integrated in the CPU)
Can you forget after 30min. You throw the THING out the window.
Even normal office use is hardly fun.
The A6-9225 (I suspect) is really bad.
You can only play Fortnite to a certain extent from a Ryzen 2500u if you only use VEGA8.
Note for the FUTURE:
Avoid all INTEL
ATOM, Celeron, Pentium
Avoid all AMD
A, C and E models, you can only take AMD from RYZEN.
I think you shouldn't be playing Fortnite in general so it's better that your laptop isn't enough.
