ICloud albums don't update to computer?

I would like to transfer the pictures from my iphone to my laptop. Since I use iCloud, I have visited the website but the latest albums are not shown there. Almost all pictures are there, but when I add pictures to an album (from my iPhone), they are not displayed in the folder.
I have logged in and out several times and updated the website several times.

Are you currently in the WLAN with your phone? By default, the photo upload only takes place in the WLAN and not in the mobile network.
