Just go into the Task Manager and then go to Services or similar. There are all the components
"New games" and an "old notebook"… That bites a little…

You should no longer go online with Win7. Therefore, games from online platforms that absolutely need an internet connection are not recommended.
My suggestion would be https://www.gog.com/ as a source. In addition, a sale is currently running there (until June 15th).
The games are there without DRM and you can also download the installation files from another computer and transfer them to the Win7 computer via a USB stick.
The game client "GOG Galaxy" is good, but the new version 2.x (beta) requires at least Win8. And because of Win7, I would rather do without the older version.

A safety tip:
Install an economical Linux (=> Lubuntu 20.04) on your notebook parallel to Win7 as a second OS.
So you can surf safely again.
And such an Ubuntu system can also play some games that GOG also offers for LInux.
