Laptop keyboard has stopped working. What to do?

I have had the problem for a few weeks that my laptop keyboard only works after about 10 minutes and it has not worked at all for 2 days.

Since the laptop is relatively new, I can't really imagine that the keyboard is broken.

Yes, there seems to be a defect. You have a guarantee, so go to the dealer and complain.

I have an "app" on the laptop manufacturer and it tells me that everything is fine… I'll wait and see what others comment on.
