Regarding the above Laptops ne question:

The situation: Disinfectant was accidentally tipped over the laptop's internal keyboard and since then it has stopped working, including the touchpad.
Then I connected an external USB keyboard, unfortunately without success. Then I connected a USB wireless mouse and keyboard and, strangely enough, the mouse works, but the keyboard does not. I also removed and disconnected the internal keyboard, then connected a USB keyboard but also failed again.

So my question: Do you have any other ideas / suggestions?

Unfortunately, the circuitry on the motherboard must have burned out.

Chances are high that it wasn't just the keyboard that got caught.

Probably also the controller that is responsible for connecting an external keyboard / mouse.

Buy and connect a suitable keyboard from the manufacturer.

If it works, then you were lucky again. If not, bad luck then stick to the USB solution. You can't test something like that without buying a new keyboard for the device

Unfortunately, the manufacturer's keyboard is probably worth as much as the laptop itself is worth. Hardly believe that it works, but thanks anyway for the quick answer!

It is quite possible.
