I have set up my Medion laptop again. (New Windows7 opened, with original CD) Now the WLAN driver is missing on the laptop, but no matter which I install that fit the model (P7615) it simply does not work. If I want to set up a WLAN connection, I only see LAN. With a Lan cable it works. Maybe someone has tips?
After reinstalling Windows 7, did you first install the necessary chipset drivers for your mainboard?
If not, you should do this first, before you want to import the drivers of existing peripheral devices (such as the Wi-Fi module).
How do I find out exactly which driver I need? Where do I have to look there? Unfortunately, I'm not really familiar with this topic yet.
Well, maybe I should say, the device manager for PCI communication controllers has a yellow exclamation mark and there are no drivers installed for the network controller
You should actually be able to download the necessary chipset drivers for your notebook from the manufacturer for installation. Here is the driver support for your

There you will find everything you need. Start with the "chipset driver" and everything will be fine. ☺
I'll give it a try, I'll get back to you later
Soo, unfortunately it did not work, I have now ordered such a WLAN USB stick. But thank you anyway.
If the Wi-Fi worked before, you did something wrong or overlooked it. How does it look in the device manager and have you checked the BIOS to see if Wi-Fi has been deactivated there?
In the BIOS I can only disable it and last state
Is the WLAN module now listed in the Windows device manager, or are there still unknown devices / problems listed?
There's still an exclamation point in the device manager for the PCI controller and also for the WLAN
Have a look at the provider of the drivers for the "problematic" components. If "Microsoft" is there, the correct drivers for the relevant components have not yet been installed.
