I have the problem that my laptop is no longer charging. If it is connected to the cable it will be charged but it is always at 0% battery. What can I do? Why is it?

I think the battery is dead. You can replace it yourself (relatively easily) on a laptop. Otherwise just look for the model of the notebook and buy a suitable battery
