How can I copy the register with a laptop and print it out with my printer?
You can't print anything with a laptop. At most with a printer connected to a laptop!
Scan in and paste it as a background in Excel. Then you specified the dividing lines exactly.
Transfer format to Excel / Word and then print.
With a labeling machine you can go faster.
You just write a Word text file, where you write the respective 'title' with the appropriate line spacing.
You can try this out on a normal sheet of paper and correct the distances if necessary.
If it fits, the original shown here goes into the printer and is printed with the content of the Word file.
First see if the register fits into the printer. They are bigger than A4 because the "tabs" protrude. For printing, you could create a custom sheet of labels in Word / LibreOffice Writer, if necessary, and have the appropriate spacing.
