At first I thought, my printer has a mistake because it does not print any characters. Another printer does not print the documents from my laptop. Now I can print the text with another laptop and another printer. Is the error with my laptop?

Your laptop is "talking" to the printer with the printer. If something does not work as it should with the printer, then it is 99% of the printer driver.
