Minecraft works only on a PC?

I recently bought Minecraft and unfortunately have a problem.

On my main computer (Windows 10, Java works too) I always get the message that my e-mail or my password is wrong. On my laptop, however, logging in works perfectly (Windows10, Java works too). I've already tried to wait like 12-24h on the support page, but it still did not work on the mainframe.

Does anyone have any idea why it could lie?
