I want to buy a laptop for school and outside. Preferably it should be a little cheaper. I would only use it for office stuff and for YouTube. Can you recommend something good to me?

If it should be cheap and only Office and a little Internet anyway, then think about Linux.
Here you can save a little money because windoof licenses drive up the price noticeably.

Since you buy the thing (mainly?) For school, you can use the https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...lliger.de/ campus program. As far as I know, there are percentages for certain devices for students and such. You can find more details on their website.
Difficult to recommend something in the lower price segment… Maybe the part is still usable here -> but then comes without Windows and therefore has to be organized by yourself:-)
