My laptop asks me again for my password should I enter it or is it just a trick?

As soon as I start my laptop and log into my account, a blue window comes up and says: Add your Microsoft account

We need to confirm the password for your Microsoft account. And there I first have to enter my e-mail and then the password. And I know that there are tricks like this to steal account data. Should I enter my password or do something else?

It happens sometimes. I protect my PC with the PIN and not with the password.
