I bought a new laptop Asus today. After I connected this 3 hours to the net (that's how it was written) I brought to life. So far so good: the first thing he wanted to know: enter your password. Which password, Lappi is new? Simply enter 6 characters and enter, password reversed! Ok reset password. He asks me where I was born and how my nickname was as a child. Said, he answers: at least one answer is wrong. I remind you: my Lappi is new. What do I do now?
You could reinstall Windows or bring the device back because it was needed (and apparently not tested).
That sounds like you've been given a return as new.
The dealer may have hijacked you an old, used laptop. Here is the warranty. If you do not want to exchange it and still have a PC / laptop at home, you can simply rewrite Windows yourself.
