Laptop] [Windows 10] Installed Windows on a bought laptop as well as newly set up?

I bought a new laptop today.

Normally, I always use the laptop completely new, but this would currently be postponed due to urgency. Therefore my question would be:

Is the Windows version, as preinstalled here, at least as good and set as if I would put it on again?

Build is 10.0.17134 Build 17134, Windows 10 Home.

I looked for updates and everything was installed. I also deleted all apps and programs that were preinstalled.

All I have to do is set up a second partition for my data, but that too is out of Windows.

Is this enough?

You should look for Windows updates and install. Then you are up to date.

Windows will do the updates but also independently. Windows will not reboot for an update in the amount of time you specify. If the computer is at rest during the night, updates are automatically carried out.

Wait another month, then come Windows 19H1, then make it new, and all the trash down.
