Can i play garrys mod (ttt)

I have a Windows 10 home laptop

Processor Intel Celeron n4100 CPU 1.10GHzb

Ram 4.00gb (3.83) can be used

64 bit

And if he would also manage counter strike source, I need that too. And is it still worth it?
