Resources for a TTT server?

I find very little about it on the internet, so here's a question:
For a LAN party (approx. 6-8 people) I would like to build a TTT server, preferably with local hardware. I would have had an older computer (still with DDR2 RAM) flying around, my laptop (AMD A8, 8GB DDR3 RAM) or a Raspberry Pi 3B + with x86 emulator available.

There should be a few mods on it, but rather only shop stuff, so more items etc.

What would you prefer?

I think the A8 computer is only sufficient for server services.

Yes, TTT needs almost no power at all, the laptop can do that
