I have a PC question again. I'm a bit embarrassed, because I'm not stupid when it comes to PC skills, but back to the topic…
When I noticed 2 days ago that there's a virus on my laptop and Windows was not recoverable, I decided to reinstall Windows after backing up the most important data on the 2nd hard drive partition. So I put the latest Windows data on a USB stick and started to format the windows partition. After a while this was done and the installation continued. When this was done, I set up Windows, installed some updates and then went to sleep. So far so good…
When I wanted to install some games on the laptop the next day (including G-Mod), it took some time. I started as G-mod, the game started and the screen remained black but sound was heard and the mouse arrow flickered wildly. I then uninstalled (and installed) the game, updated drivers and windows updates and rebooted the pc, nothing helped. Funny way in cop-mode of windows (Ctrl-Alt-up arrow) or if the Windows Start menu was open came as usual a picture. Why is that?
Data to the laptop

It may be that on the usb stick now the virus is
or it can also be a problem with steam
Ne the usb stick I have created elsewhere and with the official Windows 10 tool
Ok, have you ever tried garrysmod or steam to reinstall or re-stare the pc?
Garrys Mod yes Steam no I can try it
Incidentally, I've just noticed that it's the same with every other Steam game
If that does not work I can't help you
If that's the case with every game, it sure is steam
I think sometimes but my fears for it may be that it is up to Windows because Windows Steam games testify does not cover only in these two cases are named above
Could be too
And I have no solution to this problem
I have the solution here and although you should pay more attention to direct X I have not done since the Windows XP time because every game was always reasonable even without direct X have it installed and the games run wonderfully
