Windows 10 automatic repair error message?

I was quite normal on my laptop with Windows 10 and suddenly he crashed. I turned it off. When I turned it back on, Automatic Repair was called and it failed. That happens all the time. How can I fix the problem? If I reset my laptop, are there all my orders, downloads etc?

No. First comes Automatic Repair then that the problem is detected and then a blue screen with "Automatic Repair Failed" and several choices options.
