I use and pay Youtube Premium, i. I'm legally allowed to download videos on Android for offline viewing. But since I usually sit on the desktop when I'm not on the road and I search through Youtube and discover interesting videos that I want to see later on the road, I just want to download the video on my desktop / Chrome like on Android, and then on the Android to watch without the discovered video on the Android again extra and need to download.
1) It seems to be that I can't download videos on Desktop despite Premium, although I would sometimes need that, if I'm traveling with the notebook and have no good Internet connection
2) It lacks on the desktop version of the button: "Download for later use on my Android"
If anyone understands what I mean, I'm very grateful for an answer.
It has to be comfortable and fast, otherwise I can find it out on Android again and download it anyway.
When I booked Premium, I thought that this was certainly possible.
Thanks for the answer. But I'm not looking for an Android app, but a desktop app or plugin that I use on the workstation and where I pick the videos to beam them to my phone so I can just listen on the go on the phone can, although I have selected it from the desktop, saved.
As a premium user, it simply lacks the "download" link found on Android. If he were there and synchronized with the phone, like everything else, then my problem would be solved.
Since that is not the case, if I find an interesting video / s on my workstation, then I have to look for it on the Android, even though I may find it there in History, and then download it. This is super cumbersome when trying to live with computer flow.
