I have a very big problem. I have an Iphone 6s and brought it up to date yesterday (iOS 13.6) And since then a lot of apps have been crashing. Including the settings. When I tried to access my iCloud keychain today, the app kept crashing! Whenever I gave my Touch ID, nothing happened and the screen was frozen! What should I do? There are very important passwords that I need very urgently! Restart etc. I tried everything but it doesn't work. How do I get the passwords? Can this be done via laptop if I log in there with my Aplle ID?

Yes, it works with the laptop using iTunes. Don't worry, the passwords and all data are still in the cloud. You can't get it right now, but it will be possible again this September with the release of iOS 14. So: don't drive yourself crazy, everything is fine

Did you create a backup beforehand? Or ever? On the PC? If so, restore that as a backup

Set everything to factory settings via iTunes then it should work again
