Laptop can be used anywhere, but the tight space limits computing power, and retrofitting, e.g. With a good graphics card is not possible

If you do not have instructions that you need to take the device with you, take the PC.

Better value for money and the Kompunenten you can exchange easier if needed.

To gamble always a PC.

More power for the money, not so loud, more durable, and you can upgrade parts if you have more money later.
