How to synchronize folders between Win-PCs clean (cloud?)?

I would like to synchronize my university folders between my Windows 10 notebook and my Windows 10 PC, so that the folders as soon as I'm with the other device on the Internet, so that I always have everything at hand, no matter where I work,

I have tried it with the program of Dropbox, but that did not work well, the folders have not really synchronized (of course, despite Wlan).

Will not work for me… I have the. Reg directory which was specified there downloaded and clicked on "briefcase activated", all windows answered with Yes / Ok, restarted the PC, but I can't add a briefcase with right-click… Too bad

I use OneDrive for years and have never had any problems with it. - Is even native in Windows 10 included, without you have to download something there. (You only need a Windows account)

I use megasync because I value the importance of end-to-end encryption and do not want to store my data either at Microsoft or in the US at all.
