I can't access my My cloud ex2 ultra (os5) via the browser.

Every time I get the message that I don't have the rights. If I run the cloud and laptop via another router, I have full access to the dashboard.

Before the update to os5, the access worked without any problems.

On the network where I have no access via the dashboard, I can still access the folders via the network in Explorer.

178.16.0.0 is a public IP address belonging to a provider on Isle of Man. This may be disturbing the software. 172.16.0.0/12 is private.
