PowerPoint expired - can you still use it?

I have a PowerPoint presentation tomorrow. Since my laptop does not have a VGA port, I have to take the old laptop from my sister. Your PowerPoint subscription has expired.

I have now emailed my finished presentation and opened it with her laptop. Open, slide show is synonymous, I can't change anything.

My question: Can I present my presentation without problems tomorrow? Even if the subscription has expired?

pe

If it works today, it should work tomorrow

But try it out on a TV before. This replaces the projector for testing

Achso you can also use open office. Open office can open Microsoft formats. Does not work out the other way around

Tr

Should work theoretically. But why your sister does not just buy an office package for a cheap price on the Internet, then you both would have something of it…

Gr

She does not use the laptop anymore, so it would not be worth it.

Gr

What does Open Office have in store for you?

Vi

It's free.

pe

No except that it is free

Tr

Does not anyone you know have a laptop with Office?

Gr

Okay, perfect.

Gu

None at all… Most of the time "original" PP presentations are completely misrepresented / scaled, so that the Präsi looks like you randomly zusammengerotzt😅

At least that's how it was on the smartboard in my school, which only had OpenOffice.

Gr

Nobody with a VGA connection 😅

Gr

Okay, so Open Office did not use it.

Why do you want to change something?

you can always download the PowerPoint Viewer, which is always and everywhere.

Gu

Well, you should definitely test it before, as it is presented.
