Look if this is still available with instant gaming. Back then I got it cheap, so Office 2016 completely, for only 15 euro.
OpenOffice (and LibreOffice) Impress are not the same as Powerpoint, but they are compatible. You can use it to open and edit PowerPoint presentations - and also create new ones.
