Hey Laptops are about twice as expensive for the same performance. So when it comes to the money I recommend a gaming PC from Hardware Council. They start cheaply. For 100 fps in GTA V with good settings, I'll say that a laptop would cost 900 euro. For 400 euro you don't get one with a graphics card. They start from 600. Lg
Personally, I also play Sims 4 on my laptop, when I was at Mediamarkt to get advice, the gentleman said that it should be a gaming laptop and it was much more expensive. I don't know if this was really necessary or if the guy could just sell well 🤣 would have a look on the internet or get advice in a shop.

Sims yes, GTAV definitely not. In your place, I would expect 500 euro for a good device.
Gaming laptops start at 800 euro.
It was unnecessary. The guy wanted to sell you something expensive. Sims runs on any good APU.
With luck, you will find a laptop that can play Sims just about. But you can absolutely forget about GTA V with a 400 euro laptop! That wouldn't even begin to start.
