Moin Moin, I have a laptop with an Nvidia GTX 1650 and an i7 9750H.
In the games I also have between 60 and 150 FPS, but sometimes they drop to 0, that takes a few seconds and then it gets better again. As if I had the task manager open and looked inside it says that my built-in GPU (GTX 1650) is only used by 1-4%. My processor GPU is used 99% of the time.
Right click on the .exe of the game. Then select the option "Run with Nvidia high-performance processor". That should fix the problem.
Also select "Maximum output" in the energy settings.
