3 monitors connected to a laptop?

I plan to connect 3 monitors to my laptop (Samsung Chronos 7 S01). What are the costs for the monitors (~ 24-27 inches) and any adapters, cables, etc? Can my graphics card (Radeon HD 8870m) operate this at all? What would all the costs be together roughly? Do you have any suggestions for the hardware?

First is the question:

Does your laptop have enough connections?

What do you want to do with it?

Ly

I only have one HDMI connection, but found an adapter that splits it into 4 (cyberport.de/tv-audio/kabel-adapter/hdmi-kabel/aten/pdp/4c03-261/aten-vs184a-4-port- hdmi-audio-video-splitter-4kx2k.html) Will it work like this?

I would like to use it for gaming (Euro Truck Simulator 2, Minecraft) but also for software development, it's just more practical not to have to fool around.

wh

No that won't work, the splinter just spreads it on…

So you will get the same displayed (duplicate) as each screen

With such an old laptop you won't have an additional USB Type C or Displayport?

Ly

Nope unfortunateley not.

Ly

Are there maybe other options? Any docking stations?

po

NO.

Why not connect 3 monitors to the PC? Wouldn't it be easier and more useful? 🖥️

The question is whether the laptop has enough power at all, the connections are important, but there are adapters, but you already know that you will lose computing power and you will probably pay 500 euro

Gl

Nope. It's over with a monitor. Accordingly, you can use your notebook display and an external monitor.

Even after 2 days nothing has changed that this is not possible.
