My cell phone pictures are only displayed as icons on the laptop.

Maybe they're just shortcuts on the laptop.

No, there are approx. 50 pictures that I would like to transfer from the mobile phone to the laptop. But they only arrive there as symbols. I've already tried options on the laptop under View. But I don't get any further either.

Maybe they are not transferred, but only links are created. Try a different type of transfer.
