Laptop keyboard is spinning, what to do?

My keyboard is spinning for about 2 months, the t-, u-, j-, p-,? - and toggle sometimes do not work. Let's go, do not do it. After a few minutes it works again, but with the shift key it takes longer. No updates found, drivers uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing brought. What could be the problem? Writing with the on-screen keyboard is annoying.
