Target no games. Browsing and programming
A bit expensive for the laptop is quite old, there's a i7 4th generation inside and there are already the 9th, memory type is also not the newest with DDR3 instead of DDR4, so the laptop is a bit slower, graphics card is clear with the price but for all that the laptop is way too thick in my opinion!
There are better models too!
By the way, if you did not know, the laptop is refurbished, that means: used and recycled.
Look at those, are quite suitable for programming:

With http://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...illiger.de you get the same book for 100 euro less.

If it does not necessarily have to be Windows 10 Pro and 16 GB Ram, and you also do not intend to render complex CAD developments in the 3D area, I would rather recommend a new book with the AMD Ryzen 5 - 2500u.
For http://www.otto.de/...ww.otto.de there's an HP notebook with the Ryzen 5 - 2500u + 8 GB Ram with SSD + HDD for about 450 Euro.
