I recently got a PC, and before that I had a laptop. On the laptop are 2 of my absolute favorite games on it, (South Park the Stick of truth & South Park the fractured but whole) both by ubisoft. Have uvisoft already installed on my PC, but I can't get it now to install the two games. Whenever I try it there's "disk error" and when I installed it on the laptop at that time I had to enter NEN code that was in the CD case, as far as I know you can use codes only once.
I'm more likely to type in a problem with the new PC. Either there's something about the operating system installation or it is really a hardware error (hard disk and / or controller). Theoretically, an anti-virus program could be the trigger.
I would, as it is a new PC, quickly reinstall the operating system. Gibts the error then always ncoh, you should check your hard drive.
