Why can't my old iPad2 and 3 find my current new notebook under Bluetooth, is it out of date or does it have a different version?

Unfortunately I can't send you a correct answer; but…

I realized for a long time that Bluetooth and Bluetooth are not the same thing. There must be older, unknown broadcast types that are not compatible with the current formats. Of course, nowhere described or mentioned or change of name.

Experiences with my friends and neighbors on PCs and cell phones and of course with my own old sticks and laptops. After new acquisitions of the old devices, the common "new" devices run perfectly.

With the old devices, it didn't matter how far apart they were.

Maybe someone else will find the right solution here.
