Install Unetbootin on laptop?

I deleted my Windows operating system and now I want to use unetbootin as the operating system. How do I do that now?

In short: not at all.

UNetbootin stands for Universal Netboot Installer and is a free program that can be used to install a Linux or BSD distribution on computers without a CD or DVD drive, for example using a USB removable storage device.

It's a bit like saying you want Minecraft as the operating system

I want to do Android apps on my laptop

Then download an .iso from, for example, Ubuntu, it should work there
