Windows USB not recognized in the BIOS?

Who has read my first question knows and can skip the next paragraph confidently. My calculator is a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series.

I want to write Windows to a USB to then install Windows on my PC. Currently I'm using Manjaro (Linux) but I also have access to Windows Tools. My present ISO is a Windows 7 image file from the official site of Microsoft. I just need help describing the stick, the following installation, etc. I know everything.
My problem: I can write windows without error messages with div. Tools on div. USBs, however all are not recognized.
I tried the following tools under Linux:

Etcher
woeUSB
Unetbootin
dd
SUSE Studio Imagewriter

I tried the following tools on Windows:

Rufus
Universal USB Installer

Every time the same problem: The stick does not appear in the boot menu.

Settings in the BIOS are possible, only in the laptop very numerous and confusing.
Secure Boot is disabled, USB boot enabled, and boot option is on UEFI, as under Legacy the Linux I want to run in parallel has never run.

So how do I get it that the stick is finally recognized?
Have now tried with 3 different, all work with neither msdos / gpt and fat32 / exfat / ntfs.

My two ideas: ISO defective (possibly Win 10 try?) Or any setting in the BIOS is in my way (even reset the settings brought nothing).

Am now in despair, what can I do?

I once had a pretty similar problem, which was solved by using another USB stick. Why exactly that did not go I do not know, because he otherwise worked without problems, only as BootStick was apparently not suitable

Well, I've already tried several sticks that are big enough, with one of them it worked (about) two years ago, so I'm not guessing the cause here.

Nevertheless, I will try it later with a third stick, but there's currently a backup on it.

I only yesterday at Girlfriend read again, the USB 3 ports sometimes deny the boat. Otherwise: Can you open a menu to select the boot device before booting?

im

Jo, I can.
However, since the USB is not displayed. If there's a Linux on it, it will appear there.

What do you want to achieve? Installing a BS from ISO file?

Important step after downloading: Check the file based on the checksum!

Under Linux can also work with Virtual Box… I have a description I delivered.
