How do I change the brightness of my laptop? me menuparallel
Whenever I unplug my laptop from the power cable (charging cable), the screen gets darker, and it's annoying if I want to charge my cell phone, I know you can change that, but I don't know what to set.
In Windows 10:
Click on your battery meter at the bottom right
Click on "Battery Settings"
Uncheck "Screen brightness in power saving…"
If I'm not mistaken, this is the power saving mode. It is activated when the laptop is operated on a battery. You should be able to deactivate it in the system settings. I think it says something about the screen. If you can't find it, I can take a look at myself and explain it to you in more detail.
