I have a budget of 1000 euro and want to buy a new 15 inch laptop. Focus on as much performance as possible, graphics should also be neglected.

With a budget of 1000 euro you don't have to worry about the graphics card. You won't even get a 3060ti for it. Laptop and gaming are always very expensive anyway
It's always about at least a mediocre graphics chip on it. For hardcore gaming it would be enough anyway.

If you need a laptop, buy it now, but with your budget this won't be a super high-end model. And if you don't need it at the moment, you'd better wait - future models are always more powerful than the current ones.

Wait until April / May, save another 600-800 euro and then get a notebook with a 3060 Mobile RTX. Unfortunately, 1000 euro is not enough for a good gaming notebook.
It's just stupid that most games don't even run on it.

M1 Macs do without BootCamp
Even with BootCamp, only the ARM version of Windows 10 would be an option

Currently You don't get more than an RTX2060 or a GTX1660super.
But rather a GTX1660super with a good display and 16GB RAM than an RTX2060 with a worse display and 8GB RAM.
CPU is of secondary importance with low graphics performance
